Core Minutes Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions for corporations who want to purchase and use the Core Minutes service are presented in this PDF document. A client will need to agree to these terms before an account can be opened for them, so please download the document and read it carefully. These terms and conditions, where possible, also apply to individual users using the free Core Minutes Personal service.

An authorised signatory for a client company will also need to complete a client specification, which provides details of the client and the exact requirements for their Core Minutes account. This step is not necessary for Core Minutes Personal users.

Once a signed specification sheet has been returned to Core Minutes, either by post, fax or scan/email, an account can be opened and activated within a few minutes. Core Minutes Personal users can open their account automatically and immediately. Doing so indicates acceptance of the Core Minutes terms and conditions.
