Core Minutes users need a desktop computer and web browser that is able to connect to the Internet (or at least the Core Minutes website). We support all modern graphical browsers, including:

• Internet Explorer
• Firefox and Mozilla
• Opera
• Safari and Konqueror

We try to support all operating systems our users might have, including Windows, Linux and Apple.

The only additional requirement users need is Adobe's Flash Player, version 6.0 or later (version 9.0 or later for the narrated videos). This is used to display the videos of the exercises, and is available as a free download.
