We at Core Minutes take our user's privacy very seriously. We keep a bare minimum of information on our users, and make every effort to ensure our data is kept confidential. We will never sell or distribute our user's names or email addresses to any third party. We occasionally need to inform our users of important events regarding our website (such as essential system maintenance periods or server "downtime"), but strive to keep such communications to a bare minimum. We neither condone nor engage in any form of unsolicited commercial emails (spam).

Our server system needs the ability to differentiate individual users as they log in, and to do this it places a "cookie" on each user's web browser. The Core Minutes website will not work correctly if this cookie is blocked. All web browsers accept cookies by default, so this isn't a concern for the vast majority of people. For those who understand these things, forcing the cookie to become a "session cookie" is acceptable, and will allow the website to function correctly.

If at any point a user thinks an unauthorised third party has learnt their Core Minutes user name and password, they should log onto the system and change their password immediately. If further assistance is required they should contact the Core Minutes support team.
