Core Minutes In Detail

Core Minutes is FREE and has been designed to become part of every day at work. It is a service that provides seat based Pilates exercises to help improve body strength and flexibility.

Using Core minutes will help you sculpt the longer, leaner body shape you have always wanted.


Core Minutes delivers to a web browser 3 different exercises each day that will take a total of about 5 minutes to perform. All the exercises have a video demonstration which can be delivered with or without sound. There are also safety pointers and tips on how to get the most out of the exercises as you progress.

The user can select a programme specific to their needs, whether they are sports and activity related, weight loss, or focussing on a particular body area.

Once the user has made a selection they are then allocated a Core Minutes exercise programme which will have individually chosen exercises.

Core Minutes is FREE and available to anyone. You can create your own account now and get started with an exercise programme that has been put together specifically for you.
